Booking - Zelle & Venmo

Thank you for choosing Life-Guardians to protect your event.

To begin your reservation, please carefully read the instructions below before filling out the form:

  1. Complete the Form – Provide your event details, including the date, time, location, and number of participants. This helps us confirm availability and prepare the right level of service.

  2. Select Your Payment Method – Indicate whether you prefer to pay using Zelle or Venmo. Once your event is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment request through your chosen method.

  3. Reservation Confirmation – A deposit (or full payment, depending on the service) is required to secure your date. Payment instructions and request details will be provided after we review your submission.

  4. Final Details – Please be sure to include accurate contact information. We will reach out to confirm your booking and finalize all details within 24 hours.

Important Safety Policies Before Booking Your Lifeguard

  1. Pool Type

    • We only staff swimming pools. We cannot provide lifeguards for oceans, lakes, or other natural bodies of water.

  2. Private Event Requirement

    • The pool must be fully reserved for your event. We cannot staff pools that remain open to the public.

  3. Lifeguard Coverage

    • Our standard ratio is 1 lifeguard per 15 swimming guests.

    • If your event includes a slide, a second lifeguard is required, or the slide must remain closed.

  4. Restricted Features

    • Diving boards are not permitted while our lifeguards are on duty. Any diving boards must be closed off during the event.

  5. Children Under 5

    • All children under the age of 5 must remain within arm’s reach of their parent/guardian while in the water.

    • Lifeguards will strictly enforce this rule, so please inform your guests ahead of time and plan to be in the water with young children.
