Service Description

This 3-day blended course combines online and in-person training to certify you in lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and first aid through the American Red Cross. Small class sizes ensure hands-on skill mastery and personal attention. Rate: $244 per student Course Length: 3 days (blended: online + in-person) Maximum Class Size: 10 students What’s Included: American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (valid for 2 years) CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers First Aid & Emergency Response Deep Water Rescue Training Digital certificate upon completion Online coursework must be completed before attending the in-person sessions.

Cancellation Policy

E-Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Effective as of August 1, 2025 E-Booking Policy All services must be reserved through our official website using the online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed. Minimum and maximum booking requirements apply: Private Lifeguarding: 3-hour minimum per event Lifeguard Certification Course: Maximum of 10 students CPR/AED & First Aid Training: Maximum of 12 students All necessary equipment is provided, including rescue tubes, resuscitation masks, and first aid supplies. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the full payment. In the rare case that Life Guardians must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Waitlist Policy If a class or event is full, clients may request to join the waitlist by emailing us directly. Waitlisted individuals will be contacted in the order received if a spot becomes available. Once contacted, waitlisted clients will have 12 hours to confirm and pay for the opening before it is offered to the next person. Policy Agreement By booking a service with Life Guardians, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies are in place to ensure quality, safety, and fairness for all clients.
